Three Bed villa with sea view
Villa Arabella is a a three bedroom villa with sea and mountain views, situated in the Puerto del Carmen resort in Lanzarote. It is only a 10 minute walk from the harbour and the Old Town, where guests will find a good selection of restaurants to choose from. The villa is laid out all on one level and therefore would be suitable for guests with mobility problems.
The villa has a private, solar heated pool, which is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers. The high walls and lockable gate provides full security and privacy and there is also off street parking and a garage which is large enough for three cars.
The lounge is comfortably furnished with large sofas and for entertainment there is satellite TV and a DVD player. The modern kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and a washing machine in a separate utility room.
The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have two single beds and share a family bathroom.
