Villa Denzel is a luxurious four bedroom detached villa, which is situated in the village of El Roque, near to the unspoilt El Cotillo with it's beautiful white sandy beaches. The most amazing feature of this villa is the covered pool, which has 2 large patio doors opening out onto the sun terrace. This is a great advantage as it protects clients from the sun and wind.
The living room is very spacious with high ceilings. There are leather sofas and a 42 inch HD TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There are four bedrooms: three double rooms and one room with a single bed and pull-out bed underneath. There are 3 bathrooms including two ensuite.
The villa has a portable air conditioning unit.

situated in small village of El Roque, which is a few minutes drive from El Cotillo with it's stunningly beautiful white sand beaches, in the village there is a small supermarket and a high quality restaurant, which are only a 10 minute walk from the villa. A larger supermarket is available in El Cotillo which is 25 minutes away walking 5 minutes driving. There is a number of restaurants to choose from in El Cotillo, most of which have sea views and offer local seafood as their speciality.
