and fitted wardrobes. Third bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobe.

The villa is access from quiet cul de sac road with good roadside parking, At the front entrance to the property there is a small garden area with mature trees and shrubs.

Within short walking distance of the villa is the new Callao Salvaje beach. The bus stop
And taxi rank is also within short walking distance as is the nearest supermarket.
The villa benefits from sea views and views to the island of La Gomera where can be viewed the evening sunsets.
At poolside level there is a one bedroom apartment consisting of lounge with sofa, dining table and chairs and kitchen area with fridge, hob, sink etc. It has a double bedded bedroom and a separate shower. Should this apartment be required it is priced at an extra price to the main villa. Sleeps maximum two persons.
