Four Bed villa
Villa Felix is a lovely four bedroom villa located in the Los Mojones residential area of Puerto del Carmen. It is only a short walk to the Old Town area and harbour, where there are a nice selection of restaurants and bars, and the main avenida is only a 15 minute walk.
The villa is very well equipped including free wifi internet access. Outside there is a private heated pool and hot tub, as well as plenty of sun loungers and a table and chairs for alfresco dining. The pool has solar heating, but is heated electrically during the Winter months.
The kitchen includes a dishwasher and a washing machine. Satellite TV is provided in the lounge with Sky channels and there is also a DVD player. The villa has 3 bathrooms, two of which are ensuite. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the other bedrooms are twin rooms.
