Four Bed villa with sea view
Villa Garcia is a four bedroom, four bathroom villa which is situated near to the Marina Rubicon area of Playa Blanca in Lanzarote. The villa is beautifully decorated in a modern and tasteful style with all the modern conveniences that you would expect from a villa of this size.
The living room is spacious with 3 leather sofas, which surround an LCD TV with plenty of satellite channels as well as a DVD player. The kitchen/diner is spacious and has a large dining table with chairs for 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped including a washing machine and dishwasher.
There are four bedrooms: 2 with king-size double beds and 2 twin rooms. All the bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms and the master bedroom also has it's own dressing room.
Outside, there is a large private electrically heated pool with a sun terrace with ample sun loungers. There is also a covered dining area and barbeque.
This villa also enjoys off street parking.
