Villa Laura is a three bedroom villa situated in a quiet residental area of Costa Adeje/Fanabe. It is just a short walk from local amenities such as supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping centres and even an Aqua Spa and tennis club. The sandy beach, Fanabe Playa is also within easy reach.
The villa enjoys air conditioning in all the bedrooms and there are fans in the lounge. Outside there is a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers around a heated pool. There is also a covered terrace with patio table and chairs, so guests can enjoy alfresco dining.
The lounge is spacious and comfortably furnished with sofas and a flat screen TV and with patio doors which lead out to the sun terrace and pool. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher and tall fridge freezer as well as an oven and hob. There are two bathrooms.
