Villa Lauren is a fantastic four bedroom villa situated in the Los Mojones residential area of Puerto del Carmen. The villa is both secluded yet offers magnificent views over the ocean and to the island of Fuerteventua. It is decorated in a modern yet rustic style and is very comfortably furnished. Patio doors lead outside to an extensive sun terrace with a private swimming pool, covered terraces, a lower level garden and a hot tub. The walls surrounding the villa are built from lava rock and are covered with pretty trailing hibiscus, a perfect setting for relaxing and soaking up the glorious views. The villa is in easy walking distance of the Old Town area with the harbour. There are many shops, bars and restaurants here to choose from. Although a little further, the extensive sandy beach of the new town of Puerto del Carmen is also within easy reach. Additionally the golf course is also nearby.

There is also a hot tub, which is situated in a little house that has doors leading to the swimming pool and from where guests can enjoy the spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. There is a wicker coffee table and chairs under a pergola which provides welcome shade. And a further covered terrace houses a table tennis table. Another covered area is provided for alfresco dining, with a built-in barbeque. Again there are stunning views to enjoy.
