Four Bed villa
Villa Luca is a luxury four bedroom four bathroom villa, situated in Almancil in Portugal. It is only a 10 minute walk into the centre of the town where guests will find a fine selection of international restaurants and bars, as well as the Apolonia supermarket. Or a 5 minute drive will take you to the sandy beaches at Quinta do Lago or Vale de Lobo. For serious shopping Faro is a 10 minute drive.
The villa is detached and is laid out over 3 levels. On the ground floor the open plan living area is comfortably furnished and has a plasma TV and DVD player. Two sets of patio doors lead out to the private pool and sun terrace. There is a separate fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table and a door which leads outside to a utility area with washing machine. There is a twin and double bedroom on this level. Stairs lead up to the 1st floor with two further double bedrooms. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.
