Villa Lysander is a semi detached 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa with private heated pool for rent in the Callao Salvaje resort in Tenerife. It is situated all on one level and is close to beach and all other local amenities. The kitchen includes washing machine, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker,sandwich maker, iron with board plus all other kitchen utensils. The comfortable lounge/diner has 2 x 2 seater leather sofas and 1 x 3 seater leather sofa. The TV offers all UK channels including Sky movies, Sports, childrens TV, 6 live premiership football channels, over 2000 films, box sets and catch up plus much more. DVD player, the lounge also offers 2 sets of patio doors that lead onto the outside terrace this room also has a ceiling fan. There is an outside table and chairs seating 6 guests that can be bought into the lounge if required. Bedroom one has twin beds (can be made into double bed if required) ceiling fan, dressing area with huge wardrobe space, doors that lead onto the pool terrace plus an en suite with bath and shower attachment, Bedroom 2 is huge and has twin beds (can be made into a double bed if required) We can upon request add two extra single beds to this room making the whole villa sleep 10.. Bedrooms 3 has twin beds and patio doors to pool terrace. Bedroom 4 also has twin beds. All bedrooms have large wardrobe space. This villa has a family bathroom with bath and shower attachment and another shower room with cubicle and WC. There is a safe in the villa for you private use.

The villa also has free wifi internet access.

The outside consists of large 10 x 4 metre private heated pool with steps for easy access. The pool is surrounded by a terrace with 8 sunbeds, table and chairs for 6, BBQ and outside shower. The terrace is totally private and isnt shared. This villa is situated in a quiet area. The manager lives nearby and is on hand for any matters that may arise.

LOCATION

This villa is located in the popular resort of Callao Salvaje in Costa Adeje on the south west coast of Tenerife, just 25km from Tenerife South airport. We offer many villas in Callao Salvaje to rent, the area has everything to provide pleasure, relaxation, rejuvenation and in general offers an experience like no other that you will remember for a lifetime. Car hire is not required when staying at this resort, it offers all that is needed to have an enjoyable holiday. The villa is less than a 10 minute walk to the centre of Callao Salvaje where you will find all amenities such as an abundance of bars and restaurants, several supermarkets, shops, cafes, a beach, taxi rank, bus stop (with a regular bus service into the major resorts), a bakery, hotels, church, pharmacy, doctors, dentist, children’s mini park, gymnasiums etc.

The resort also offers spa facilities and sport activities with tennis courts, football pitch, padel tennis and pitch & putt. There are some admirable restaurants in the area to suit all tastes, plus some late night bars with entertainment and a beautiful man made beach that was completed in 2012. Callao Salvaje is a 10 minute drive or approx 15 euros in a taxi to the busier areas such as Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The wonderful golf courses in Costa Adeje and in the Abama are only a short drive away.
