Villa Malpas is a three bedroom villa in the Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen. It is only a short walk to the Old Town harbour and the main beach and Avenida in Puerto del Carmen.
The villa has a private heated pool and a completely private sun terrace with sun loungers.
The living room has 2 cream leather sofas and a cream leather armchair with satellite TV and wifi internet access. There is also a smart dining table and chairs.
All of the bedrooms have air conditioning. The master bedroom has a super king-size double bed with an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom is a twin room.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and washing machine.
The villa is all on one level, but has three steps down to the pool level.
