Three Bed villa with sea view
Villa Marcela is a three bedroom two bathroom villa situated in central Puerto del Carmen, right on the sea front. The villa therefore enjoys, arguably the best sea views in the whole of Lanzarote. The villa is accessed by a number of steps from the promenade, so wouldn't be suitable for anyone with walking difficulties or families with pushchairs. There is also access to the sea via a gate at the bottom of the property.
The terrace is split level with a private electrically heated pool on the lower level surrounded by sun loungers. There is a covered terrace on the upper level with a chill out area with comfortable sofas as well as an alfresco dining area.
The master bedroom has a double bed and a feature full-length window with magnificent sea views. The second bedroom has twin beds and the third bedroom has a sofa bed, so the villa can sleep up to 5 people.
