Four Bed villa with sea view
Villa Minnie is a detached four bedroom villa in the Marina Rubicon area of Playa Blanca. It is not only close to the marina, but also the well known Papagayo beaches. We also have a 2nd villa nearby for larger families who want to holiday together. Please ask us for more information.
Two of the bedrooms have king-size double beds and the other two bedrooms are twin rooms. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and the master bedroom also has it's own dressing room. The lounge is furnished in a modern style with 3 large leather sofas and an LCD TV with lots of satellite channels. There are 2 sets of patio doors leading out to the sun terrace and pool area.
The modern kitchen is very spacious with plenty of worktops for preparing food. It is equipped with all the usual appliances that you would expect from a villa of this quality includng a dishwasher, washing machine and a large fridge/freezer. There is a also a large dining table with chairs for 8 people. The patio doors are close by which lead out to the covered terrace with barbeque and outside dining area.
There is a private heated pool and 8 sun loungers on the sun terrace. The villa also has free wifi internet access.
