Four Bed villa
Villa Octavian is a four bedroom villa, situated in Costa Teguise in Lanzarote. There is a electrically heated pool with 2 covered terraces, one of which is furnished with a patio table and chairs for alfresco dining. There are mature potted plants and trailing vine and even 2 lemon trees.
The living room is comfortably furnished with sofas and armchairs, and a huge 50 inch satellite freeview TV. Steps lead down to a conversatory with further comfortable seating. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a dishwasher, microwave and even a juicer and blender.
There are four bedrooms: two double rooms and two twin rooms. All have ensuite bathrooms.
The villa has free wi-fi, a safety deposit box, and also a table tennis table and pool table.
