Two Bed villa with sea view
Villa Pearl is a special villa originally built by the owner architect and later adapted into a holiday villa. It is located in the Old Town area of Puerto del Carmen with two bedrooms and (rather unusually) four bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size double bed and the other is a twin room. The villa enjoys fantastic sea and mountain views and has a private heated pool, surrounded by tropical gardens.
The villa also has an unusual feature, an iron spiral staircase, so we wouldn't recommend this villa to families with very young children.
There is also a table tennis table and a pool table, for guests use.
The villa is laid out over 2-levels.
