Three Bed villa with sea view

Villa Perry is a lovely three bedroom holiday villa which is situated in the Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen in Lanzarote. It is in walking distance of both the Old and New Town areas.

There is an electrically heated swimming pool surrounded by an extensive sun terrace with plenty of sun loungers. The large living room is furnished in a modern style with a comfortable leather sofa and armchairs positioned around the large flat screen TV. There is also a dining table and chairs with patio doors which lead out to the pool area. The kitchen is well equipped including a washing machine.

There are three bedrooms: one double and two twin rooms and 2 bathrooms: one family bathroom and one ensuite. There is a small upstairs balcony off the master bedroom which enjoys a sea view and is furnished with comfortable rattan chairs and a small table.
