Three Bed villa with sea view
Villa Petra is a detached three bedroom two bathroom villa situated in the Matagorda area of Puerto del Carmen, and only 5 minutes walk from the nearest golden sandy beach and a selection of fine restaurants, bars and shops.
The villa has an electrically heated pool with roman steps. The sun terrace surrounding the pool is furnished with sun loungers and a patio table and chairs for alfresco dining. There is also a wooden pergola which offers shade as required.
The villa is laid out over 2 storeys. The living room is comfortably furnished with leather sofas and the patio doors leading out to the sun terrace. There is one twin bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor and the other two bedrooms are upstairs. One of these has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. They each have a private balcony, which has distant sea views, and share a large bathroom.
