Three Bed villa
Villa Rana is a 2-storey three bedroom villa which is situated in the centre of Puerto del Carmen, just 5 minutes walk from the beach and the nightlife.
There is an outdoor solar heated pool with a sun terrace furnished with sun loungers, a patio table and chairs and a sun umbrella. The pool has roman steps into the swallow end, which makes it perfect for children and the pool can be electrically heated in the Winter months if requested.
The living area is comfortably furnished with sofas and armchairs and a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped.
There are three bedrooms: two double rooms including a 4-poster bed and one twin room.
A car is not necessary in this villa, but a car port is available for off-street parking.
