Three Bed villa
Villa Serenata is a three bedroom villa in the Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen. It is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with all the modern conveniences and luxuries one would expect from a high quality holiday villa. The Old Town with its harbour and local fish restaurants and bars is just a short walk away. There is also a small sandy beach here, Playa Chica.
Outside there is a private electrically heated pool surrouned by an extensive sun terrace and garden, equipped with sun loungers and a 19 jet American Jacuzzi. There is also a covered pool bar with fridge and a patio table and chairs under a sun umbrella for alfresco eating.
The interior consists of a spacious lounge with separate formal dining room, a kitchen/diner, 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and 3 ensuite bathrooms.
