Four Bed villa with sea view
Villa Torin is a four bedroom villa for 8 people situated in the Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen in Lanzarote.
The private pool is electrically heated during the Winter months. The surrounding sun terrace is furnished with sun loungers. There is also a covered terrace area with patio table and chairs for alfresco dining. There is also a roof terrace with some comfortable seating and an amazing panoramic views of the mountains, resort and the ocean.
There are four bedrooms: two with double beds and two twin rooms. All the bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms with walk-in wet showers. The fully fiited kitchen includes a dishwasher and there is an outside area with a washing machine. The lounge is furnished in a modern style with a comfortable sofa, flat screen internet TV, DVD player and IPod docking station. There is a spiral staircase which leads up to the roof terrace.
