Three Bed villa

Villa Whitney is a three bedroom villa with a private electrically heated pool. It is situated in the Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen and is only an 8 minute walk from the harbour and the Old Town and a 10 minute walk from the Avenida and main beach.

There are sun loungers surrounding the pool as well as a pool table for extra entertainment. A patio table and chairs and a barbeque is provided for alfresco dining. Additionally there is a jacuzzi. The whole outside perimeter is marked by high walls, offering privacy and security. Off street parking is provided for 2 cars.

The villa was fully refurbished in 2010 to a very high standard. The living dining room has comfortable sofas, a dining table and 6 chairs, as well as satellite TV and a DVD player.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons that you would expect to find in a good quality holiday villa including a dishwasher and washing machine in a separate utility area.

Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. They all have ensuite bathrooms with large walk-in showers.

Air conditioning is provided in the lounge and bedrooms and there is also an alarm and security safe.
