Three Bed villa
Villa Yvonne is a lovely three bedroom two bathroom villa situated in the Playa Blanca resort in Lanzarote. The location is excellent as it is within walking distance of Playa Flamingo beach and only a 15 walk from the centre of Playa Blanca, where guests will find a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars. The famous Papagayo Beaches are only a 15 minute drive away.
The villa has an electrically heated pool which is surrounded by sun terraces with sun loungers. A covered terrace provides some shelter for alfresco dining and is furnished with a patio table and chairs and some rattan sofas for chilling out. There is also a barbeque area with a separate patio table and chairs.
The lounge is comfortably furnished with 2 sofas and there is also a flat screen TV. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a washing machine and dishwasher. The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. There is also patio doors leading out to the terrace and pool. The other two bedrooms have twin beds (one with low level beds for children).
