Two Bed cottage
Wren Cottage is a two bedroom property, consisting of a self-contained wing of a 16th century thatched house with large enclosed lawn garden. It is situated in the charming village of Shaldon, opposite Teignmouth on the River Teign. The cottage can sleep up to 4 people and is only a short walk into the centre of the village where there are some nice shops and excellent pubs and restaurants including the London Inn on Shaldon Green. There is also a clean sandy beach here. The cottage is also very convenient for visiting the Torbay area and Dartmoor.
The ground floor consists of a living room and kitchen. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom. Outside there is parking for 2 cars and an enclosed lawn garden.
The nearest shop is 3/4 mile away, the nearest pub is 1/2 mile and the railway station is 2 miles. There is also a very good bus service. The owners allow up to one pet.
