there are lifts to each floor, but to get to the apartment there are steps to the entrance about 15 or so
Air Conditioning
It is important to note that while the apartment has air conditioning, it operates at a reduced capacity. If the air conditioning, hob, and oven are used simultaneously, there is a possibility of the electric tripping.

Currently, the Community doesn't provide sun loungers around the pool due to COVID.
